The LaDuca Law Firm has a history of success extending to New York's highest Court. We are litigators and we have successfully tried many cases, most recently (in 2004) we were awarded a record verdict in Wayne County for an injured motorcyclist. Although most of our practice is concentrated in all counties surrounding Rochester, New York (Monroe, Livingston, Ontario, Wayne, Genesee) we have successfully represented clients in many jurisdictions both in New York and outside of New York.

John LaDuca has been successfully trying cases since 1968. Anthony LaDuca has practiced in civil litigation for over 10 years and been successful in both trials and settlements. Having ability and a history of success at trial gives the LaDuca Law Firm credibility to both defense attorneys and insurance adjusters. That experience is one of the many components that help us get our clients full value for their injuries and losses.

Why you need a litigator?

Although very few cases ever go to trial, it is invaluable to the client that they have an attorney that can try their case and has been successful. Some attorneys have no trial experience and others simply choose run a business of settling every case. Insurance adjuster's may offer less than full value. Insurance adjuster's work to save their companies money and if they are dealing with an attorney or law firm that has no history of litigating; it is very unlikely that any insurance adjuster will off full value to their client.

Does it matter where your attorneys from?

Many of the attorneys you see here on TV live in Buffalo (Cellino & Barnes / William Mattar) or Syracuse (Alexander & Catalano), so you have to ask the question, who's representing you here and what is their history of success? We live here in the Rochester area. Representing people in a civil case requires personal care and attention. You need to know the doctors; visit your client and the accident seen, interview witnesses; be available for your client in many ways and we believe this simply can not be done with detail that the client deserves from another city.

Your success many not be the same as a law firms idea of success.

Many advertising law firms spend millions of dollars a year in advertising and you see them on TV all the time. These firms clearly strive to get as many clients as they can. Our philosophy of a successful law practice does not come from the number of clients we represent; it comes from how well we represent each individual client. Each of our clients has access to our entire team. Karen Cobb, a medical assistant with over 10 years experience in personal injury field. We find in invaluable to our clients to have someone to call and talk to and assist in directing a successful recovery from an injury. Roseanne Mitrakos, is our paralegal with over 5 years experience in the legal field. Roseanne helps our clients with many of issues that arise on a daily basis.
